Main Street Mornington Festival is an annual event celebrating its 26th year in 2024. A family-friendly, free community event that attracts thousands of visitors each year to the iconic Main Street of Mornington.
It showcases local produce, wine, food, art and music, while also providing free entertainment for visitors with 7 stages and performance areas, kids activities and roving performers. It runs on the third Sunday of October from 11am–5pm.
Main Street Mornington Festival provides an opportunity to showcase local arts and culture, and highlights the Mornington Peninsula’s arts and culture for the broader community to experience. It is a free public event that welcomes all ages and all demographics and is accessible to all. It provides an outdoor live music experience to the Mornington Peninsula Shire.
The Northern Mornington Peninsula Tourism Association has been bringing this most anticipated festival to the community for 25 years, held annually on the third Sunday in October. The festival continues to attract a crowd of over 20,000 visitors.
